SERVICES:

Drafting:

Placement of drafting personnel on site to assist in your infield drafting needs;

Measuring existing plant and structure;

· for completion of “AS BUILT” drawings,

· for completion of new design,

· for completion of “SHOP DETAIL” drawings from “ISSUED FOR CONSTRUCTION” drawings received from consultants,

· assisting of installation of in house designs.

Design of new equipment ;

· structural, mechanical, piping,

· all new designed plant is reviewed and authorized by a RPEQ.

We complete drawings to any level that you require;

· Conceptual, Client Review, Tender, Construction,Shop Detail.

As a drafting entity we have the capability to complete drafting to any level you require.

Manufacturing:

Supply and manufacture from our drawings or client supplied drawings in accordance with relevant client specific standards and Australian Standards.

Manufacture of new equipment including but not limited to:

· Chutes, bins, launders, tanks and sumps

· Platforms, guard railing and grating

· Structural steel, bracing, columns and floor beams

· Pipework

· Transport  frames

· Screens; static and vibrating

· Screen decks; static and vibrating

· Plate processing; cut plate, drilling, pressing and rolling

· Liner plates; for chutes, truck bodies, blades, buckets and dozer blades

Repairs to existing equipment including but not limited to:

· Excavator, shovel and loader buckets

· Sticks, booms and links

· Dozer blades

· Truck bodies

· Underground Components

· Ancillary equipment on rear and belly dumper trucks

· Upgrades to existing equipment
